The Terrigal 7/1 Spyders played the Wyoming Under 7 Academy Team at half time at the CC Mariners V Gold Coast Game on Saturday night in front of a crowd of almost 8000.
They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and so did the parents!!!!
Terrigal lost 2 – 1 but the game was a hard fought one and most enjoyable for the boys who were very nervous in front of such a huge crowd.
Larger version added to Gallery plus 1 more photo.
Barnstoneworth United Football Club (think Over 35's in red and white stripes) which is part of Terrigal United Football Club raised over $6,000 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation during last years finals campaign.
With all 3 teams in the finals it was a great opportunity to run a fundraising event which was named the Pink Socks Finals.
